Location stole the show, right by the Arno with stunning river views. The balcony offered a perfect spot for morning coffee, gazing at beautiful sights. The room felt clean and modern, with nice bathrooms that offered decent amenities. Check-in was pretty smooth even though I had to walk a bit to reach the apartment. I appreciated the complimentary water in the minibar. Staff responded quickly to queries and the breakfast room was inviting. However, the breakfast spread left something to be desired. coffee wasn’t strong enough and the options felt limited after the first couple of days. Also, the Wi-Fi connection was a little unstable at times, making it frustrating for planning outings. Noise from the street could be an issue at night with the window open, but manageable. Overall, a pretty enjoyable stay despite some minor hiccups.

The location is perfect, right by the Arno River and near the Ponte Vecchio. The shower facilities could use improvement, as they felt outdated.

We loved our time here, especially enjoying the lovely breakfast selection and the beautiful rooftop terrace with fantastic views. The leisure lounge was a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring, although the room was a bit on the smaller side. Overall, an amazing stay, just be ready to navigate some narrow stairways! 😊

Our room had stunning river views, but mosquitoes were a significant issue.

Incredibly helpful and courteous staff ensured a smooth arrival despite our late check-in, and the room was wonderfully comfortable with an impressive balcony view of the city's main highlights. The fully equipped kitchen in the apartment made breakfast preparation a breeze, and the washer was a convenient touch for traveling. However, the noise from the plaza at night was disruptive, and a lack of dressers limited unpacking space.

The location was unbeatable—right on the river with stunning views! 🌅 Very convenient for exploring Florence on foot. One downside, though—breakfast could’ve had more veggies. Still, I’d totally recommend it!

Stunning views and excellent service
I had a fantastic stay, enjoying breathtaking views of the Arno River from my corner room. The staff were incredibly helpful, providing insights about local attractions, which made navigating the city a breeze. Breakfast was a treat, with an excellent selection to start my day. The only thing I wished was for some light snacks available in the afternoon after long sightseeing days.

Had an awesome time with my friends celebrating my birthday. They even upgraded our room for free! The staff were super friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring major spots like the Uffizi Gallery and the Duomo. Breakfast was good but a bit limited. I'd definitely recommend this place.
The only downside was that the rooms were pretty small and the doors slammed shut, which made it noisy at times.
